Open Positions

LOCATION: Remote

HOURS: Part-Time, approximately 24 hours per week.

Crackerjack Media is currently accepting applications to fill the position of Marketing Intern for the Fall and Spring semesters.

Internship duties include:

  • Assistance with marketing project management and media planning

  • Assistance with media research, advertising, and promotional campaign development

  • Assistance with creating proposals for ad campaigns

  • Assistance with developing ad copy and media specifications

  • Digital marketing campaign reporting

  • On-site assistance at local events and community monitoring on social media

  • Other assistance to social media, PR and account teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communications, or Public Relations.

  • Eager to learn with a strong work ethic

  • Strong writing and organizational skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet tasks

  • As this position is remote, being task-oriented and open to working independently is imperative

Bonus Points for:

  • Photography/Videography skills

  • Graphic Design

  • Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads

Fall/Spring Marketing Intern

Public Relations & Social Media Intern

LOCATION: Remote

HOURS: Part-Time, Approximately 24 hours per week.

Crackerjack Media is currently accepting applications to fill the position of PR & Social Media Intern for the fall and spring semesters.

Internship duties include:

  • Assistance with public relations outreach to local media partners

  • Tracking and clipping media coverage

  • Developing targeted media partner lists

  • Media research and campaign development assistance

  • Social media content calendar creation

  • Posting and scheduling social media content

  • On-site social media coverage at local events and community monitoring on social

  • Other assistance to social media, PR and account teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations or Marketing.

  • Eager to learn with strong work ethic

  • Strong writing and organizational skills

  • As this position is remote, being task-oriented and open to working independently is imperative

Bonus Points for:

  • Photography/Videography skills

  • Graphic Design experience
