Jessica Eckley doesn’t just market brands—she creates moments that pack rooms, sell out shows, and put names on the map. As Managing Partner of Crackerjack Media, she leads integrated marketing and media buying strategies for some of the biggest players in sports, entertainment, and culture.
Before launching Crackerjack in 2014, Jessica honed her skills in sports and entertainment, running marketing for professional teams and one of the nation’s top-ranked venues. Today, she’s known for blending data-driven precision with bold storytelling—turning campaign plans into packed houses, primetime coverage, and measurable impact.
From omnichannel brand campaigns to high-stakes event marketing, Jessica’s playbook is built on energy, precision, and results. She’s launched products, mobilized communities, and put national spotlights on brand partners—earning a reputation as the go-to when the moment has to matter.
A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, Jessica has been recognized as one of the Business Observer’s 40 Under 40 and the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Up & Comers.
When she’s not shaping campaigns, you’ll find her at a concert, keeping her Peloton streak alive, or hanging out with her husband, kids, and pets.

With a sharp instinct for public relations and a knack for connecting the right story to the right audience, Jennifer Renspie drives Crackerjack Media’s PR game plan. She’s built her career on creating narratives that get noticed, strategies that move the needle, and campaigns that put clients in the spotlight.
Before joining Crackerjack Media, Jennifer cut her teeth in the fast-paced world of sports and entertainment—leading high-impact campaigns for Tampa’s biggest events. She leveled up her expertise at a top local advertising agency, crafting integrated marketing strategies for a diverse roster of clients, from national nonprofits to craft breweries to large-scale real estate projects. Her proactive, relationship-driven approach with media and community partners has helped land nationwide coverage and earned her clients industry recognition.
Jennifer doesn’t just tell stories—she builds relationships that make those stories impossible to ignore. Her leadership has helped position Crackerjack as a go-to agency for brands that need bold ideas, flawless execution, and measurable results.
Off the clock, Jennifer is just as committed to impact as she is on the job. She serves on the board of the Heart Gallery of Tampa, is an Advisory Board Member at Mary Lee’s House, is active in the Junior League of Tampa, and advocates for vulnerable children as a Guardian ad Litem.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Saint Leo University. When she’s not pitching or planning, you’ll find her at a concert, cheering on her favorite teams, on the hunt for Tampa’s best gluten-free eats, or loving on her Australian Labradoodle.

With two decades in sports and entertainment marketing, Kelsey Morrison has made a career out of connecting powerhouse brands with the fans who fuel them. She’s led game-changing campaigns for global sports properties and top-tier entertainment brands, including Relevant Sports, William Morris Entertainment, the Tampa Bay Lightning, and Professional Bull Riders—delivering work that wins both on the creative and the conversion fronts.
A master at marrying analytics with artistry, Kelsey transforms audience insights into digital strategies that spark action. From traditional media buys to precision-targeted digital campaigns, she builds integrated plans that hit business goals without missing a beat on brand.
Kelsey is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in Business Marketing. When she’s not optimizing campaigns, you’ll find her with a camera in hand, passport at the ready, or spending time with her husband and sons, Chase and Jack.

Marketing and Communications Manager & Keeper of the Feeds
Taylor first joined Crackerjack Media as a summer intern in 2022 and quickly proved he was more than a temporary player. By September, he stepped into a full-time role—bringing fresh creative energy, a sharp eye for analytics, and a knack for helping brands tell stories that connect.
With a degree in Media and Mass Communications from Southeastern University, Taylor pairs a sharp creative eye with a mastery of metrics. From managing paid and organic social campaigns to navigating algorithms and building growth strategies, he’s all about crafting digital moments that spark engagement and build loyal fanbases.
Outside the office, you’ll find Taylor exploring Tampa’s hidden gems—especially around Seminole Heights—with his wife. A diehard sports fan, he’s usually watching basketball or baseball, out on a run, or serving as a youth leader at his church. And when it comes to dessert, nothing beats vanilla soft-serve from Bo’s Ice Cream.
